Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orlaya Floryn Blooms. We take great care in preparing and packaging our dried flower arrangements to ensure they arrive in beautiful condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (e.g., holidays, wedding season), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed via email.

Delivery Options

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked services for all our deliveries within the UK. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Tracked 24/48 - Tracked and usually delivered within 1–2 or 2–3 business days respectively

Special delivery by 1pm - Tracked and delivered by 1pm the next day

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — please refer to current offers at checkout.

Local Delivery & Collection

Local collection may be available from our studio by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to arrange this.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our shipping options soon!

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers, some slight shedding may occur in transit, but we do our best to protect each arrangement.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at michelle.orlayaflorynblooms@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
