Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: 17th May 2025


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Orlaya Floryn Blooms (“we”, “our”, “us”) services and website, and your purchase of our products and services, including but not limited to wedding florals, dried flower arrangements, workshops, and accessories.


By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Product Orders (Online Store)

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if necessary (e.g. due to seasonal stock or supply shortages), ensuring equal or greater value.

• Colours, textures, and shapes of natural dried flowers may vary slightly from photos shown.

• We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but small variations are expected with handmade or natural items.



2. Wedding & Event Bookings


Design

• We will collaborate with you on your design and keep you informed throughout the process.

• Any significant design changes or additional flower requests may result in an updated quote.


Payment

• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your wedding date.

• The remaining balance is due one month before the event date.

• If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the booking.


Cancellation

• If the wedding or event is cancelled by the client, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

• If the event is cancelled after the final payment, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, depending on costs already incurred.


Rescheduling

• If your event date needs to change, please contact us as early as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your new date.


Substitution & Availability

• Substitutions may be made due to availability, seasonality, quality or pricing constraints, especially with natural materials.

• We will always aim to inform you in advance of any necessary changes while maintaining the overall aesthetic.



3. Workshops

• Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable if you’re unable to attend (subject to availability).

• In the event we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a new date or full refund.



4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery is available for local wedding/event orders or posted items via Royal Mail or courier.

• Additional delivery/shipping charges apply and will be quoted in advance.

• We are not liable for delays once items are in transit. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate.



5. Returns & Refunds (Online Products)

• As most items are handmade and/or made to order, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged or faulty.

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.



6. Intellectual Property


All content on this website (text, images, logos, product names) is the property of Orlaya Floryn Blooms and must not be reproduced without permission.
